Here are some exciting Easter egg recipes to get you going – Easter Egg Sandwiches – The utensils required for making these sandwiches are:
  • Measuring cups and spoons,
  • A small bowl,
  • Serrated knife
  • Fork or spoon for mixing the ingredients Ingredients:
  • Eggs – 6, boiled, peeled and chopped
  • Celery – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • Green onion – 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Green pepper – 1/4 cup, chopped (optional)
  • Mayonnaise – 1/3 cup
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
  • A dash of pepper
Method: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Spread the mixture on bread slices. Total six sandwiches can be made of it.
  • Easter Egg Ball
Ingredients:
  • Eggs – 12
  • Milk – 1 quart
  • Vanilla – 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup or according to taste
  • Cheesecloth – 1 pack
Method: All the ingredients should be put on top of a double boiler. Beat them well. Cook the ingredients on low heat till they start resembling pot cheese and the liquid has completely evaporated. Pour the material on the cheesecloth and make a round ball by picking the corners of the cheesecloth. Twist the top and tie it with a string. Hang it over a bowl and put it inside the refrigerator. Allow it to drip till the dripping stops. Slice it and serve it along with the Easter dinner.
