What is the meaning of Easter Sunday according to you? Well, Easter Sunday memorializes the rebirth of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ was put to death by crucifixion on Good Friday and his body was buried outside Jerusalem in a cave close to Mount Cavalry.

Instead, the first Sunday that comes after the first full moon is celebrated as Easter. Christian families celebrate this festival of joy in both secular as well as religious ways. Some of the Easter traditions that are followed on Easter Sunday include- lighting Paschal candles, chanting Easter Proclamation, baptisms, singing hymns, and Holy Communion.
