Hold the tissue around the ball and tie a string around it. Now turn it upside down. It will look like a ghost. The ball would act as the head of the ghost.
You can also draw the footprints of the monsters to decorate your home during Halloween. Just prepare a cutout of the footprint of the monster in a big sponge. Use washable paint to print the footsteps in various places in your home.
