Scenic Journey: Glacier Express

Day 1
Upon arrival in St Moritz, you will be transferred to your hotel where you can check in and relax. Stay overnight at St Moritz.
Day 2
Travel on the Glacier Express to Zermatt. On the way you will see panoramic views of the Swiss Alps. You can also choose to have lunch on board the Glacier Express. Stay overnight in Zermatt.
Day 3
Go on an excursion to the resort of Gornergrat, from where you can view the famous peak, Mt Matterhorn. Transfer to the airport at the conclusion of your Glacier Express tour of Switzerland. If you wish you can extend your tour of Switzerland.

Day 1
Upon arrival in Lucerne, you will be transferred to your hotel where you can check in and relax. Stay overnight at Lucerne.
Day 2
Take a tour to see the sights in and around Lucerne. Go on a trip to Mount Titlis by cable car to Mount Rigi and then further up by boat and cogwheel train.
Day 3
Take the Golden Pass train over the Brunig Pass from Lucerne to Interlaken and see the panoramic views.
Day 4
You have a free day to enjoy yourself. Go on a tour to Jungfraujoch - the world's highest train station. See the Alpine peaks and Europe's longest glacier, the Aletsch Glacier, which stretches for 22 Km. Stay overnight in Interlaken
Day 5
Travel by train on the Golden Pass BSL train to Zweisimmen, and see the stunning views of the Swiss Alps. Change to the Golden Pass MOB train at Zweisimmen for the trip to Montreux. Stay overnight in Montreux.
Day 6
Return to the nearest airport at the conclusion of your Golden Pass Tour. If you wish you can extend your tour of Switzerland.
Scenic Journey: Golden Swiss Trip
Tour Duration: 8 days / 7 nights
Day 1
Upon arrival in Lucerne, you will be transferred to your hotel where you can check in and relax. Stay overnight at Lucerne.
Day 2
Take a Lake cruise to Vitznau from Lucerne. See the sights of Lucerne including, the picturesque villages along the lakeside, the lion monument and the wooden chapel bridge.
Day 3
Travel on the Golden Pass train to Interlaken. See lovely views of valleys and mountain slopes dotted with quaint chalets. Stay overnight at Interlaken or Grindenwald.
Day 4
Travel up from Interlaken to Jungfraujoch, the Europe's highest railway station.
See the Europe's longest glacier, the Aletsch Glacier, which stretches for 22 Km, and the snow covered Alpine peaks. Stay overnight in Interlaken.
Day 5
Take the train ride to Grindenwald. Travel by cable car ride up to 7113 ft. See the view from the summit of Grindenwald. Stay overnight at Grindenwald or Interlaken.
Day 6
Board the Golden Pass BSL train for a ride to Zweisimmen from Interlaken. While traveling through rural Simmertal see the Alpine meadows with herds of grazing Swiss cows. At Zweisimmen, travel on the Golden Pass Train to Montreux. See beautiful Lake Geneva and the vineyards long its shore. Stay overnight in Montreux.
Day 7
Take a tour of Montreux, a cosmopolitan Swiss city. Travel on the Swiss Chocolate Train to the Nestle chocolate factory. Here you can see chocolate production as well as taste and shop for chocolate. Also travel to Gruyere and learn about traditional Swiss cheese making. Return to Montreux and stay overnight.
Day 8
Travel to the nearest airport at the end of your Golden Pass Tour. If you wish you can extend your tour of Switzerland.
Scenic Journey: Classic Alpine Glacier Express

Day 1
Travel to St Moritz or Zermatt, Switzerland. Transfer to your hotel and relax. Stay overnight at St Moritz or Zermatt.
Day 2
Travel on the Classic Alpine Glacier Express Train, also called the "Orient Express of the Alps." Travel in a heritage Gourmino or Pullman carriage decorated in the luxurious style of the 1920's. The sight of the Swiss Alps is enhanced by the expert travel commentary. Relish your meal at the Gourmino Restaurant. Stay overnight at Zermatt or St Moritz.
Day 3

Day 1
Go on a journey in a modern car with a viewing window or in a Pullman "Belle Epoque" of 1915 vintage and see the beautiful Swiss Alps. See cheese making in Gruyere and vineyards around Montreux. Travel to the Nestle chocolate factory between Lake Gruyeres and the Alps. See and taste the chocolate made at the Nestle factory. Enjoy shopping at Nestle factory prices. Return to Montreux with happy memories of your ride on the Swiss chocolate train.
Scenic Journey: William Tell Express

Day 1

Ride on the paddle steamer William Tell and from Lucerne to Fluelen. Dine on a three-course meal on board, while admiring the lovely view. Reach Fluelen and travel to Lugano by train with 1st class cars equipped with panoramic windows. Journey via the Gotthard tunnel. Stay overnight at Lugano.
