Given below is the recipe to make Brown Sugar Nut Cookies
Ingredients:
1cup of soft butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups of firmly packed light brown sugar
1 egg
4 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon of. salt
1/2 tablespoon of baking soda
2 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/2-cup of sour cream
Pecan halves
Procedure:
Cream butter and sugar and then add egg.
Beat it until it gets light.
Add dry ingredients and sour cream.
Mix it well.
Shape into balls, of the size of a small walnut.
Put on ungreased cookie sheets and press a pecan in center of each.
Bake in preheated oven at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 7- dozen brown sugar cookies.
