An amazing piece of work by South Park is an all time favorite of the kids as well as adults. South Park Spirit Of Christmas is an animated short video for just five minutes. South Park Spirit Of Christmas deals with the story of four young American boys, three cultural icons, a group of children staring at the proceedings and a large group of rats with antlers. The exciting animated film also includes an argument between Jesus and Santa.
The story of the film is rather an interesting one that includes an amazing fight between Jesus and Santa. Jesus comes down to South Park and meets the young kids there. He asks them to direct him to a place called mall. Jesus meets Santa there and the argument started from the spot itself. Jesus tries to explain the spirit of Christmas reflects the celebration of his birthday. While Santa states his view that it is he who brings joy for all the children in this world. Jesus becomes angry and accuses Santa of diminishing the significance of his birthday by distributing gifts. Christmas has now turned to a petty affair of giving and receiving gifts. Both started to fight and pleaded before the children to take their respective sides. The kids are puzzled and fail to find out any way. At the end of the play we do find both Jesus and Santa understanding each other's value in Christmas. It is for Jesus that all of us are alive in this world and Santa maintains the joy and fun of the season. Christmas is the time to resolve all disputes and be good to each other. Both felt ashamed of their childish act and promised to solve out the differences.
