Ingredients:
250 g of unsalted butter 250 g of white sugar 50 ml of brandy
If you desire to serve it cold, Cream the butter and sugar together and mix the brandy and the orange zest. Keep it chilled for two hours before serving.
If you desire to serve it warm, melt the butter and whisk in the sugar, brandy and orange zest. Keep it warm by placing it on a pan of hot water.
