The milk is to be warmed but not boiled and gradually the egg mixture is to be mixed with the milk. Add vanilla essence to it and chill it in a thoroughly. Then you need to add the brandy and reheat the concoction. However, you should never boil eggnog. If you have a special liking for desserts, the sweet rolls can be really delicious yet healthy. For this you will need flour, sweetener, salt, grated lemon peel, yeast, egg substitute and margarine. You will then have to make dough by mixing all the ingredients and cut out shapes of it. Finally bake it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes and serve it to your guests at the dinner party.
