Raspberry Chocolate Trifle:
Ingredients:
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 frozen pound cake (10-3/4 ounce loaf), thawed
- 2 C. fresh OR frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 C. raspberry preserves
- Whipped cream or topping
- Raspberries for garnish.
Preparation:
Mix pudding and milk according to package directions. Chill. Cut pound cake into 1-inch cubes. Place half in small trifle bowl. Gently stir together raspberries and preserves. Spoon half of this mixture over cake.
Pour half of the pudding over raspberries. Repeat layers. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with whipped topping and more raspberries.

Chocolate Peppermint Christmas Goodies Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 large (8 oz) chocolate bar with almonds
9 oz tub Cool Whip
1/2 tsp peppermint flavoring
crushed nuts.
Preparation:
Melt chocolate bars in top of double boiler, remove from heat and stir. Add Cool Whip and peppermint to melted chocolate and beat until well blended. Refrigerate 45 minutes, remove and form spoonfuls of mixture into balls and roll balls in crushed nuts. Return balls to refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
