Cook until crisp and brown. Serve immediately.

Scalloped Potatoes are prepared with butter, flour, salt and milk. Grease a casserole dish. Peel potatoes and thinly slice them. Add salt, sprinkle flour over the potatoes. Pour the milk over the potatoes and dot with the butter. Bake and serve.
