To prepare this recipe you will need to have a whole goose, kosher salt, dried marjoram, chopped prunes, white wine, diced apple, grated rye bread, raisins, lime juice, white sugar, salt and finely crushed cinnamon. Apply salt and marjoram throughout the goose after finely washing it. Prick the skin all over with a knife and let it for roasting. After that grill the goose for nearly three hours and then take out the fat for gravy. To make the stuffing bring all the ingredients in a heavy gauge foil pan and grill with medium heat. Lets come to the gravy part mix in a pan the remaining wine, water, some part of the stuffing and the goose fat. After the gravy becomes thick pour down the mix on the goose. Spread salt for seasoning and serve hot for better result.
