Christmas is a great fun time for the kids. This is the time to let kids gorge on their favorite food without worrying too much. Kids love all the Christmas goodies, and it's a good idea to invest some time to decide which kids Christmas snacks you should chose for your kids.
Christmas Snacks, including Christmas Cakes and chocolates are the favorites among all kids. Fruit Cakes, Cream Cakes, Chocolate Truffle along with cookies like Candy Cane Cookies, Christmas Wreath Cookies, and Snow Ball Butter Cookies make a royal Christmas treat for the kids.
There are numerous ideas and recipes available online to help kids prepare wonderful Christmas snacks. Making these themselves would be a wonderful way to start off the festive season for the kids too. Here are a few Kids' Christmas Snacks ideas:
- Edible Christmas trees make mouth-watering Christmas snacks for kids. Hand your kids a sugar cone and ask them to turn it upside down on a paper plate. They will have to ice the cones with green icing and sprinkle toppings on the cone.
- Santa Claus cookies are just perfect for kids' Christmas parties. Cut heart-shaped cookies out of sugar cookie dough and then bake. Take them out of the oven and turn the cookies upside down. Decorate the point with red to make a Santa hat, and the bottom of the heart with white frosting to make Santa's cheeks and beard. Sprinkle coconut on the bottom to make the beard, and decorate eyes, nose and mouth with chocolate chips.
- Make tantalizing Reindeer Cookies as a Christmas evening snack. Take any peanut butter cookie and have the children pat the dough flat. Use small twisted pretzels for antlers, two chocolate chips for eyes and a red crisp candy for his red nose. Bake them and enjoy.
