Paper Plate Bonnet

Materials Needed:

Paper plate
Ribbon
Punching machine
Glue
Ribbon
Decorative materials

Instructions: Firstly punch two holes in the rim of the plate. The holes made should be opposite to one another. Thread the ribbon into the holes. Then tie the two ends of the ribbon. Now let your kid have some fun in decorating the hat in the way they like with crayons, ribbons, flowers, beads or bows.

Easter Bonnet

Materials Required:

Flexible colored cardboard
Ribbon or crepe paper
Glue
Paper flowers
Scissors

Instructions: Firstly draw a circle on the cardboard. Then watchfully cut round the line with scissors. Then draw a straight line up towards the middle of the circle. Cut round the line and then fold the two sides over one another so that a bonnet shape is made which is flat at the back and pointed at the front. Now it's the time to decorate the bonnet with lots of different colored paper flowers. Finally, punch a small hole on each side of the bonnet to thread the ribbon to make ties.
