Christmas Paper Crafts




Christmas Paper Crafts can be made by children as well as adults. These crafts require simple equipments and also less effort. The Christmas Paper Crafts are usually placed on the walls or on the railings of a house or hanged from the ceiling of the house.
Here are the list of materials and instructions that are required to make the following Christmas Paper Crafts.

Paper Snowflake or a Snowflake Card

Materials Required:

  • White paper

  • Scissors

  • A protractor (optional)

  • Glitter or glitter glue (optional)

  • A piece of colored construction paper and glue for the card


Procedure:

  1. Fold a piece of paper in half.

  2. Fold over one side, then the other, to make two 60 degree folds. You can do this by eye, or you can use a protractor. This is a good exercise in geometry and measuring angles.

  3. Cut off the edges of the paper in an arc - this makes a circle (if you were to unfold the paper).

  4. Cut a lot of the paper away Unfold your snowflake carefully.

  5. Optional: Decorate your snowflake with glitter or glitter glue.

  6. Glue your snowflake onto a folded piece of construction paper for a great winter card.






Handprint Wreath

Materials required:

  • A lot of green construction paper

  • A piece of red construction paper or a red ribbon

  • Pencil

  • Scissors

  • Glue

  • Glitter or glitter glue (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Trace your hand on a piece of green construction paper.

  2. Cut out the hand print. Make about 10 paper hands for each wreath.

  3. Glue the hand prints together in a wreath shape, with the wrists overlapping a little bit..

  4. Glue on a red ribbon bow (or make one from red construction paper).

  5. Decorate your wreath with glitter or glitter glue (optional).
