You too can prepare these absolutely delightful chocolate barks quite easily. For this you will require chopped white chocolate, and add vegetable shortenings to it. Now heat water in a bowl and place the bowl containing the mixture on the bowl of water and turn it into a smooth paste. Take a spatula full of the mixture and spread it into the butter parchment evenly and on top of the mixture sprinkle the nuts and the berries you like. Let this sheet stand for the whole day and next day you will find the sheet of chocolate bark, which you can store for a month. You can also prepare another kind of bark for which you will require bittersweet chocolate, marshmallows and chopped walnuts. Follow the first step that is mentioned for the preparation of the first chocolate bark. To the mixture add the mini marshmallows and the walnuts and spread it on the buttered paper. Now sprinkle a further doze of the dry fruits and press it gently on the chocolates. Let this stand for 4 to 6 hours and enjoy the crispy and crunchy Chocolate Barks.
