Time
As time goes by
Many thoughts travel my mind.
I have often wondered if you would-
leave me behind.
As time goes by
I hope you see I pour-
my heart out, you were meant-
for me.

I see love is true,
I hope you open your eyes to
get the same view.

I end this poem and
hope when it’s all over
you will be in my arms.
This rather sublime poem of the nature of true love is a constant reminder of the eternal aspect of real unconditional love. Love that is conditional is not love but manipulation.
