- Christmas cocktail party needs special consideration. Nuts and crisps are not adequate. You may also require slivers of delectable food.
- Make thin slices of pear. Add these slices in a little amount of lemon juice. This would prevent them from browning. Now, get small scoop of stilton and place it on the top.
- Place butter in the freezer and chill it. Now, clean the radishes and trim them. Create a slit in the radish and place it in the sliver of cold butter.
- Now, take a few chicken breasts. Marinate them in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil and herbes de Provence. Spread them on tinfoil. Keep grilled until they are cooked.
- Serve then along with cocktail sticks. You may also enhance the flavor by serving with the bowl garlicky mayonnaise.
