Tips for making fruit cakes

Ingredients needed Dry fruits, cherries, orange, lemon, flour, butter, sugar, spices, mixed almonds, eggs and chocolate.

Mix fruits in a bowl

The first thing that one has to do while preparing to bakea fruit cake is to takeall the types fruits in a big bowl. First take the fry fruits, mix a small bowl of chopped cherries, and grate some orange and lemon rind into the mixture.

Preparing flour

Sift flour in a large or medium sized bowl. Sift some spices into it and add a small bowl of grinded almonds. Blend the mixture well. Take a small bowl full of butter in a big bowl. Add sugar andchocolate into the bowl and whisk well. The mixture should be whisked properly till it becomes creamy. Now add eggs and beat the mixture well so that it gets mixed properly with the creamy base. To the creamy mixture flour should be added spoon after spoon and should be whisked properly.Now the fruit mixture is added to the paste prepared with flour and butter.



Baking

After the final mixture is prepared put it in a suitable container and place it in anoven at a temperature of 150 degrees for 2.5 hours. Now your fruit cake is prepared.

You can add other flavorsinstead of chocolate.
